Excel-to-Report Automation for Growing Businesses

Hours of manual Excel work every week, turned into clean, branded reports that arrive on schedule.

Video walkthrough coming soonA 2–3 minute video explaining this study will appear here.

Capability study: it shows how QSSols designs and builds this kind of system and the workflow we follow. No client names, results or figures are invented.

The Problem

Every week, the same ritual: someone exports the sales, stock or billing data into Excel, copies numbers between sheets, fixes formulas, formats tables by hand and rebuilds the same report from scratch. It takes hours, one wrong cell quietly changes a total, and by the time the report reaches the owner it is already out of date. The data was never the problem: the manual pipeline between the data and the decision is.

What We Build

QSSols replaces that ritual with an automated reporting pipeline built around the spreadsheets a business already uses. Raw data goes in, from Excel files, exports or shared sheets, and comes out cleaned, calculated and formatted as a branded report: the same layout every time, delivered on a fixed schedule to the people who need it. We map the existing report first, automate its logic step by step, and hand over a pipeline the team can run without touching a formula.

  • Hours of weekly copy-paste reduced to one scheduled run
  • One template, one format: every report identical and on brand
  • Errors caught at the source, not discovered in the meeting
Who It’s For

Is this your situation?

  • Businesses that rebuild the same sales, stock or billing report every week or month
  • Owners who wait on a report before they can make a decision
  • Teams where one person is the only one who knows how the spreadsheet works
How The Project Runs

From first call to handover

Every project starts with a free discovery call and a written, fixed-price plan before any work begins.

  1. 1

    Map the current report

We sit with the person who builds it today and write down every source file, formula and formatting step.

  2. 2

    Clean the data in

Inputs are checked as they arrive: missing values, wrong types and duplicates are flagged before they reach a total.

  3. 3

    Automate the logic

Calculations and layout move into one pipeline and one branded template, built step by step against your real report.

  4. 4

    Schedule and hand over

The report runs on a fixed schedule and goes to the right people. Your team gets a walkthrough and can run it without touching a formula.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can our existing Excel files be used, or do we have to change systems?

Your existing spreadsheets stay. The pipeline is built around the files and exports your team already produces: no new software to learn and no migration project before you see value.

What kinds of reports can be automated?

Sales summaries, stock and inventory reports, expense and billing reports, staff performance sheets: any report that is currently assembled by hand from the same data on a weekly or monthly cycle.

What happens if our report format changes later?

The template is yours and it is adjustable. New columns, new sections or a new layout can be added to the pipeline without rebuilding it from zero.
