1. The page talks about you, not the visitor

"We are a leading provider of…" tells a visitor nothing. Enquiry-generating pages answer the visitor’s three questions in seconds: Is this for me? What exactly do I get? What do I do next?

2. The next step is hard to find

If contacting you takes more than one obvious tap from any point on the page, most people will not do it. A call button, a WhatsApp button and a short form — visible without hunting — change everything.

3. It is slow on the phones people actually own

Most of your visitors are on mid-range phones and imperfect connections. A page that takes six seconds to load does not get read; it gets closed. Speed is not a technical detail — it is your first impression.

4. Nothing builds trust at the decision moment

Clear pricing signals, a real address, real contact details, and a process explained step by step. People enquire when the risk feels low. Every section of your site should lower it.
