On this website, on the Upgrade page — the app itself doesn’t sell anything. Pick a plan, sign in with your Wayfold account email (we send you a 6-digit code) and pay through Paddle. Then open Wayfold on your phone and sign in with the same email: Pro is linked to your account, so it works on every device you sign in on.
The monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout but aren’t charged during the 7 days. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically until you cancel. Lifetime is a one-time payment, so it has no trial.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Open the Upgrade page, sign in with your account email and choose Manage billing. Paddle’s billing portal opens, where you can cancel, change your card and download invoices. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you.
Yes. Email us within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan and we will refund it in full through Paddle, to the card you paid with. See the terms for details. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Nothing is deleted. You go back to the free plan, keep every trip, list and document, and the Pro tools are locked again until you upgrade.
Prices here are in US dollars and British pounds (UK prices include VAT). Depending on where you live, Paddle’s checkout may show the price in your local currency and add the sales tax or VAT that applies, so the total can differ slightly.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as Wayfold is available, including new Pro features. It is linked to your Wayfold account email, so you get it on a new phone just by signing in.
Pro belongs to one Wayfold account. Inviting people to a trip is a Pro feature, but the people you invite don’t need Pro to join it.
